ARLINGTON, VA (Feb. 05, 2026) — DCA-CardLinx today announces its 2026 Board of Directors. The global trade association is focused on advancing the transformative potential of digital commerce and card-linking.

Mladen Vladic is the Head of Product for Payment Networks within FIS, the world’s largest provider of payments and banking technologies. Mladen specializes in banking as well as emerging payment trends. Under his leadership, FIS has been focused on convergence between the banking and retail loyalty space to deliver relevant, real time point-of-sale consumer engagement experiences.

David is the Founder and CEO of Augeo, a leading loyalty and engagement platform company based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Augeo designs and supports enterprise-wide engagement and loyalty solutions for many of America’s most prominent companies, including over 55 Fortune 500 companies.

TransUnion is a global information and insights company and was the first data platform to be represented on the DCA-CardLinx board. Paul’s teams at TransUnion gather client needs, collect market intelligence, and deliver thought leadership and solutions to the market. Prior to joining TransUnion, Paul was Director of the Credit Card lines of business at Fifth Third Bank.

Silvio Tavares is an experienced CEO, senior executive, public company board director and thought leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial services and digital commerce industries. VantageScore, where Mr. Tavares is CEO, delivers the most predictive, innovative and inclusive tri-bureau models and attributes in the US market – expanding consumer credit access and helping lenders make better lending decisions. Mr. Tavares serves as a Director on the boards of CSG International, a leading digital engagement and payment services provider, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Tavares was previously a senior executive at both Visa and First Data (now a unit of Fiserv), and began his career at AT&T where he authored one of the earliest business method patents for web-based payments.
