CardLinx East Forum – The Age of Digital Commerce Post Covid19

Executive Leaders from companies including Bank of America, Royal Bank of Canada, FIS, GasBuddy, Travelsify explored the age of digital commerce post Covid19. Leading card issuers, financial institutions, retailers, card-linked technology companies and digital marketing technology innovators came together at CardLinx East to share key industry insights. At this CardLinx Conference, leaders discussed opportunities presented since the pandemic began, including: Online-only card-linked offers that drive e-commerce spending; the convergence of ecommerce and brick-and-mortar shopping to boost consumer satisfaction; and the role delivery is taking in revitalizing merchants large and small.

Keynote Speaker Lineup:

Silvio Tavares, President and CEO of The CardLinx Association, kicked off the event discussing industry predictions he made last year for 2020 and if they held true. Sarah McCrary, Chief Executive Officer of GasBuddy, was our first speaker and gave a publisher’s perspective on evolving in the Covid19 era. Mladen Vladic, General Manager of Loyalty Services at FIS, spoke about FIS’ loyalty engagement strategy in a post-pandemic environment. Bruno Chauvat, Chief Executive Officer of Travelsify, presented on turning dining and lifestyle data into higher share of wallet. Darby Sieben, Head of Ampli at RBC Ventures, spoke about the new digital role for banks and how banks are positioning themselves to lead. Lastly, Jill Moser, Senior Vice President of Loyalty Innovation and Platform Partnerships at Bank of America, shared her insights on driving engagement and experience through personalization.
