Activist Investors Want Kohl’s to Move Faster

In an effort to turn around the department-store chain Kohl’s amid slow sales, decreasing margins and challenges related to issues that pre-date the pandemic, a group of activist investors is trying to take control. The investors have nominated nine people to the 12-person board.
